Our 4-1/2″ Surface Conditioning Discs with a 7/8″ center hole are designed for cleaning, blending, finishing, polishing, and deburring across a wide range of materials. Manufactured with an open web, non-woven abrasive structure, these discs provide controlled surface refinement without excessive stock removal or gouging.
These discs offer mounting versatility, featuring hook & loop backing for quick disc changes or a 7/8″ center hole for use with nut-mounted backup pads, making them well suited for both applications. The open web construction allows for cool running and extended disc life, even during prolonged use.
Available in coarse, medium, and very fine, these discs allow you to match the level of aggressiveness to each stage of surface preparation and finishing.
