Our 4″ Double Thick Speed Safety Flange Sets are designed to secure two stacked airway buffing wheels with 3″ center rings onto handheld grinders equipped with a 5/8-11 threaded shaft. This configuration allows operators to run (2) 8″, 10″, or 12″ airway buffs simultaneously while maintaining proper alignment and stability during polishing and finishing operations.

Manufactured from lightweight aluminum, the double-thick flange design provides added clamping depth while minimizing weight. The threaded plate fastens directly onto the grinder shaft for a secure, reliable installation.
