Our 6″ x 80″ Aluminum Oxide Sanding Belts are designed specifically for edge sanders, delivering smooth, consistent performance on hardwoods, softwoods, and a variety of shop materials. Built with durable aluminum oxide grain on a strong X-weight cloth backing, these belts offer reliable stock removal, long life, and excellent finishing capability.
Lower grits (60–150) feature an open-coat structure to reduce loading during aggressive wood sanding, while higher grits use closed-coat construction for superior finish quality.
