Our 3″ diameter x 6″ Spiral Bands—also commonly referred to as sanding sleeves—are designed for aggressive contour sanding, shaping, and surface preparation on wood, metal, plastics, and composite materials. These spiral bands are manufactured with a two-ply cloth construction that creates a rigid, cylindrical sleeve, maintaining its shape during sanding for consistent contact and controlled material removal.
Built with premium aluminum oxide abrasive, these sleeves deliver fast cutting action, long service life, and stable performance when used on oscillating spindle sanders and compatible expanding mandrels.
