7″ x 7/8″ Surface Conditioning Disc
Our 7″ Surface Conditioning Discs with a 7/8″ center hole are designed for cleaning, blending, finishing, polishing, and deburring across a wide range of materials. Manufactured with an open web, non-woven abrasive structure, these discs provide controlled surface refinement without excessive stock removal or gouging.
These discs offer dual mounting capability, allowing them to be used with nut-mounted backup pads via the 7/8″ center hole or with hook & loop backing pads for quick disc changes. The open web construction promotes cool running and extended disc life, making them ideal for larger surface areas and prolonged use.
Available in coarse, medium, and very fine, these discs let you select the appropriate aggressiveness for each stage of surface preparation and finishing.
